Bach Flower Essences have been helping people for over 80 years. When Dr Bach developed the essences, his goal was to develop a complete healing system that treated the individual rather than the symptoms of a disease.

He believed that the way to physical and spiritual health was to address the negative emotional states that stopped a person from being their natural healthy and happy self. By transforming these negative emotional states into positive ones the individual would be better able to fight against illness.

for more information on Bach Flower Essencess and Rescue Remedy™ products. The essences can be used individually – for passing or short term emotional states, just put 2 drops in a glass of water and sip during the day.

Or, up to 7 essences can be combined in one treatment bottle - 4 drops 4 times a day taken directly on or under the tongue.   This is a very cost effective way of taking the essences. A 30ml treatment bottle should last 3-4 weeks.

Individual Stock Bottles 10ml - $23.00 each plus $4.00 postage

Personalised Treatment Bottle 25ml - $28.00 each plus $4.00 postage

Read through the following descriptions and note up to 7 that reflect how you are feeling or reacting to a situation. If you find you want to choose more than 7, then pick however many you feel apply to you and go back over them once you get to the end. You should find that some will apply more to you than others and you will be able to eliminate some.

When you have done this, e-mail me at anne@bach-flowers.co.nz

I am also available for consultations at Inspire Me (Cnr Rangitikei & The Square) on Sundays between 10 and 3.

If you know exactly what you want I can make up your treatment bottle and have it posted to you the same day.   Should you want to discuss any of the essences or anything else related to the treatments, we can arrange a time and way to do this. Consultation and follow-up is included in the price as I want to make sure you get the most appropriate treatment for your needs.

If you have trouble working out which ones relate to you, e-mail me and I can send you a sheet that describes the positive potential of each of the essences. This sheet describes the changes you may notice after the essences take effect.
